Do my staff pay, or need accounts?
No. Only your administrators have accounts. Staff use a personal link.
What counts as a staff member?
Anyone active on your staff list. Offboard people when they leave and they stop counting.
Can I change plan?
Yes. Move up when you grow. The fee is per business, never per person.
What happens if I stop using it?
You can export your records any time. What happens to a plan that is not paid for will be set out in the terms before anyone is asked to pay.
Is there a refund?
Nobody pays during early access. When paid plans open, the refund policy applies. It is linked in the footer.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for and nothing more is taken. See the cancellation policy in the footer.
