Report a problem.

A suspicious email that claims to be from NotedSnap, or a security problem: tell us here. Most NotedSnap emails link to this page.

Got an email asking you to acknowledge a policy?

  • NotedSnap emails come from our sending address and always name the business that asked you. We do not ask for a password, ID number, bank details or payment.
  • If you were not expecting it, do not click. Ask your employer or HR contact whether they sent it.
  • If it asks for anything beyond reading a document and typing your own name, treat it as suspicious.

Report it

Forward the email, with its full headers if you can, through our contact page: paste it into your message and start the message with the word ABUSE. Do not include passwords or personal documents.

Found a security vulnerability?

Please tell us privately through the contact page before sharing it publicly, with enough detail to reproduce it. Do not access other people's data. We will acknowledge your report and keep you updated.

A link that opens a policy does not record an acknowledgement by itself. Only the person typing their own name and confirming does.
